Jeffrey K. Stark

Registered Principal, LPL Financial




Jeff Stark has been in the financial services industry in the Claremont area since 1986. He earned an Economics degree from the University of California and has completed advanced courses from the Claremont Graduate University. He is a Registered Principal and a licensed stockbroker with LPL Financial, a well respected, national broker/dealer comprised of investment professionals.

Jeff is a frequent speaker on topics such as Retirement Planning, Investing and Estate Planning. Institutional seminar and investment clients have included a major defense contractor, a large pharmaceutical company, colleges, churches, retirement groups and law enforcement associations.

Jeff specializes in the area of retirement planning, asset allocation and investment strategies. His practice is built on integrity, providing sound financial advice and providing full disclosure of all costs, fees and risks. He is pleased to provide references upon request and an initial no obligation consultation is provided without cost.

Eduardo Silva

Client Services Associate




Eduardo Silva started with Jeffrey K. Stark & Associates as an intern in 2015 after completing his B.S degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne.  After his internship, Eduardo continued his work in the financial sector as a Workflow Specialist and a Broker Services Representative for National Planning Corporation (NPC) in El Segundo. While with NPC, he completed his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, now held with LPL Financial.

In 2017, Eduardo returned to Jeffrey K. Stark & Associates as a Client Services Associate, where in addition to his securities licenses, has completed his California Insurance License. Eduardo focuses primarily on full client portfolio development tailor-fit to client needs. Eduardo is also a notary public.

Debbie Snapp

Client Services Assistant




Debbie Snapp has been with Jeffrey K. Stark and Associates since 1998. She came to the financial services industry with a background in retail management from Nordstrom Department Stores as a department manager. Debbie has extensive experience with several broker/dealers including Associated Securities, National Planning Corporation and LPL Financial. She is formerly a notary public.

Debbie conducts day to day operations in the office including trades, contribution and distribution of funds, and all Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) for our clients.

Christine Margrave

Client Services Assistant




Christine started with Jeffrey K. Stark & Associates in 2015. Prior to her work with Stark & Associates, Christine worked part time for the local educational non-profit Claremont Educational Foundation (CEF) as the Administrative Office Coordinator for 5 years. Her professional experience has remained focused in the area of finance, including her work at TravelSmith Outfitters, Inc and Macy's Inc. in the Bay Area where she worked in the Financial Planning and Advertising Finance departments. Christine holds a B.S degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Christine’s focus is primarily on client relations and client development.  

Justina Pearson

Client Services Assistant


Justina joined Jeffrey K. Stark & Associates in 2018 and has solidified the team. Prior to joining Stark & Associates, Justina worked for Sweaney Salt and Associates, a local CPA and tax preparation firm in Claremont. Justina continues to broaden her role with Stark & Associates in the areas of Operations and Client Services and is an invaluable asset to our team.  

Alyson Stark



Alyson joined Jeffrey K. Stark & Associates in 2020. Her expertise lies in organizational development, strategic initiatives, and leadership coaching in the public, corporate, and start-up sectors. Most recently, Alyson lead the learning and development department and internal communications at a high growth start-up company that was featured on Forbes Magazine’s Next Billion Dollar Start-Up list (2019). Alyson spent the earlier part of her career in the education sector, as a public school teacher in New Orleans, LA and later as a global programs manager for the world’s largest education company. She holds B.A. degree in Economics, Environmental Science, and Politics from Claremont McKenna College.


Alyson is focusing on our marketing, branding, and strategic initiatives as she prepares to take her securities exams.
